in 4th grade my "friends" ( back when they actually were nice and LIKED Anime) they told me abt it and introduced me to gosick and i got hookeddd!!!! but now they're total jerks and hate anime despite being the ones to introduce me to it >:(

i was 10 years old and my older sister told me to watch death note.
but it was too complicated for my age and i didn't understand it.
after two years i re-watched it and discovered that it was AMAZING.
Sometime last January. I was on Quizilla, and I found this quiz about Death Note, so I was like "Oh, what's that?" and I started watching it. It was because of Death Note that I actually came to Fanpop. I was looking through some random stuff about L, saw his fanclub, and then joined Fanpop.
I used to watch it everyday on Cartoon Network every since I was little (like 1). My parents just left it running on and I would just sit and watch Naruto :3
when i was little like up to 5th grade i loved pokemon, yu-gi-yo, digimon, and dbz but i never really knew what anime was then in 7th grade my friends were talking about anime and i wondered what it was like so the next day i was at borders i bought the blue exorcist manga volume 1 and 2 and loved it then i found out there was a show about it then i started watching it and thats how i started to love anime :3
I was 8 years old and my cousin told me to watch Onegai Teacher. I was attracted with the character that called 'a teacher' on that anime..hehee,,and like the +18

I was searching for mermaid on youtube for reason no on ever knows. And saw Mermaid Melody in seach results. It took me one month however to start watching it and was addicted almost immeadiately. And then came Tokyo Mew Mew and I was sold.
just turned 14 when I discovered manga through my brother, but is was like three later before I started watching anime. Now I have to wonder how I ever lived without it
The first anime I watched was mew mew power on kidz tv my uncle n aunt got a cd of it n I watched it n it had mew mew power, winks club n more! I didn't even no it was n anime!!!
My cousin told me about naruto on cartoon network n I watched it n I love it n I worked my way from there!!! N she told me it was an anime so did me other cousin

ifound it because i was bored so i started watchin pokemon and yugioh when i was a kid(about 5) and then others over the years like Rosario + Vampire( despite the bad scenes)
Well when I was about 9 my brother got a Nintendo DS and Pokemon Diamond. One day I stole his DS and started playing Pokemon and I loved it. I slowly became more obsessed with it and when I was about 10 or 11 I started watching the show and reading the mangas and it was then that I learned what anime and manga was and I later discovered that there are more animes out there. I was actually obsessed with manga first because I love reading and the only animes I used to watch were Pokemon and Kodocha and it was only like a year ago that I started watching more anime. I also got into drawing anime around the same time I discovered the Pokemon anime because I drew the characters and made my own Pokemon comics.
id discover anime like about when i was 9! my sister kept telling me about it and showed it.but i also wacthed more anime in the moring and i still do!
