How to rate...?!

Guys, i know this is something not about anime, but, i'm just new to fanpop and i would like to ask you all on how to rate things here....please explain it to me clearly...please.!!! :)

2.The "rate" is actually just clicking the "fan of it? " button on the side or button of video, picture, etc.

Rating on Fanpop doesn't exist anymore. If you like something, you can click the green "fan of it?" button and it turns grey and says "i'm a fan". And if you "fan" enough things, you can also earn caps.

Items you can "fan": Images, videos, articles and links
