Someone whose usually cute in a clutsy/accident prone sort of way and can be shy and is usually seen blushing. I can't give you a better explanation but an example as I said is someone with mikeru asahina's personality, if you know who mikeru is :)

BUT i personally think that both of these characters dont perfectly fit the description because i think theyre actually strong (maybe not physically but still) deep down.

Well maybe a little in personality...but he doesn't really have the cute kid looks or act kiddish and defenseless...but I guess he could pass as moe...
I'm surprised Mio Akiyama isn't the more popular answer for this question! She even says "Moe Moe Kyun!" in one of the episodes o.o She's like the picture they show you in the dictionary as an example of Moe <.< I love her soooo much!
