Code Geass is still my #1, the story has such a methodologically detailed plot with interesting characters an a few unexpected moments an twists. I still haven't seen anything that can top it yet. :)

1. Fullmetal Alchemist. I absolutely love this anime. It told me a very touching story and it isn't divided by arc's like most other anime. The music, animation, and voice acting were top notch and the characters are just so lovable.
