I watch anime on Netflix, mostly due to the healthy amount of english dubs. I'll occasionally go to YouTube, as well.

I don't go to many manga sites anymore. Mostly, I'll just go to a book store like Borders (which unfortunately closed down) or Barnes and Noble and see if there's any good manga to read.
