English Dubs!

Worst: Tokyo Mew Mew. Dear god that dub...
Best: I like most dubs, but I liked Hetalia the best. I know it's very controversial about the Hetalia dub, some love it some hate it. I personally loved the way they did the funny accents, it somehow made it a little more hilarious. And the narration... XD But there isn't really a dub (besides Tokyo Mew Mew and 4Kids dubs in general) that I didn't like. I love the Funimation dubs, in my opinion they're among the best.

Worst: 4Kids dubs, especially Mew Mew Power(the shitty version of my favorite Magical girl anime Tokyo Mew Mew).

Best: Hetalia(the accents make it way more hilarious than the original) ,Sgt.Frog(was done very well, same as Hetalia.Better than the original) & Fullmetal Alchemist Series (you can't argue with this one,simply amazing).

Worst: Hmmm, don't know xD *shrugs*

Best: Hetalia (both Axis Powers and World Series) -those accents are amazingly done, you have to admit! ;D

Higurashi/When They Cry: Absolutely awful.. I like dubs just as much as subs, but the voices were poor.. Shion's was okay, the laugh was good.. But overall.. I just couldn't watch the whole series like that. ^^; I watched it subbed.

Soul Eater/Hetalia: These two are tied for best. The voices were perfect in my opinion. :3 <3 Best dubbed anime ever~ 8D Plus, they both had very talented voice actors contributing spot-on voices for the characters. x3

Worst: Vampire Hunter D
Best: Baccano!

The one for Hikaru no Go was pretty bad...

The worst dub I've seen is Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. Only anime so far that I wanted to watch in Japanese because the voices were just awful.

I don't really know the best. I prefer watching in English unless their is no English version available.

Worst? Anything by 4Kids, especially Tokyo Mew Mew and Ojamajo DoReMi.

Best: Soul Eater, Hetalia, FMA, Death Note, and Pretear.

Worst: I dunno; I was never all that fond of the Pokemon dub. I've also seen Beyblade in dub at my brother's friend's house. That wasn't that great either. I don't have one specific least favorite dub, though.

Best: I absolutely ADORE the dubbed versions of Sgt. Frog, Hetalia, and Baccano. Thank you, Funimation!

Worst: Tokyo Mew mew. i hate 4kids dubbing

Best: Besides funimation dubs, clannad. Bandai did an amazing job on the dub

Worst: One Piece (4kids)
Best: FMA and FMAB (Funimation)

I hate all the dubs I've seen they all have cringe worthy voices, speed up the sentences because the translation won't synchronise with the mouth otherwise and get rid of all the stuff that isn't kid friendly (Swears, guts and gore e.c.t.)

So Basically I hate all dubs, but the worst I've seen has possibly got to be Death note.

Worst: I haven't really seen any anime were I hated the voices, I would say Bleach. Because I was really disappointed with the voices they picked for the characters. But I actually do still love everyone of thoughs voice actors and think they are amazing. I just don't think they fit the characters.

Best: Hetalia 100%, those voice actors did an amazing job with the accents and the Narrator, omg they're all awesome. XD

WORST: Comic Party: Revolution

BEST: not so sure... I don't watch dubs often ... Plus I don't really like dubs.. I like subs

Best: i usually watch dub so ^^ but i think hetalia both axis powers and world series is relly good,d gray man was good too (i didn't relly liek kanda's voice tho), full metal is good in dub, soul eater was awesomd~ and other thingys~

best: the only dub i can stand and actually like: hetalia.

WORST:Mew Mew Power(Tokyo Mew Mew)!
BEST:Naruto and Naruto Shippuden!

Worst: Any 4Kids dub. (Most of you can probably understand). Other than that, I am not for sure... Well, wait. Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni. Dear god. I will admit, when I first got into anime, I did watch this in English but now that I look back on it, I realize how overacted most of the characters were. I wasn't expecting that Geneon. I am also not very fond of Kuroshitsuji's dub as well. There are some upsides to it but I still prefer it in the original Japanese. Shoujo Kakumei Utena is another one I can't watch in dub. I thought it was okay but it didn't get me like the sub did with Tomoko Kawakami as Utena (no offense to Rachel Lillis).

Best: Um... I am fond of a lot of different dubs but some I found to be quite good were Ghost Hunt, Monster (I thought Viz did an amazing job on this dub.), Hell Girl (from what FUNimation dubbed of it, I thought everyone did an impressive job), xxxHolic, Paranoia Agent, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, BECK Mongolian Chop Squad, Baccano!, and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (*shot*).

Well, that's my personal opinion at least.

I don't like dubs so I don't have an answer

Worst: anything 4kids basically and kaichou wa maid sama. Best: FMA,ouran, code geass, haruhi suzumiya, madoka magica, angel beats fruits basket I love most dubs to be honest.

Worst: Well.. I believe the 4Kids aren't excellent with dubbing their animes. I remember I was watching one video and briefly hearing a voice of someone... It was TERRBLE.

Best: Most Funimation dubs. I briefly watched One Piece. It wasn't bad. And of course all my heart goes to the Hetalia dub.

WORSTE:

(bleach, death note, FMA, OHSHC, Fairy Tail, Durarara..)

Worst: Tokyo Mew Mew and Get Backers...just awful...
Best: Clannad is amzing! I actually like the sub version better. Everyone's voices match SO well and the acting is perfect! Also FMA and OHSHC :)
