I understand ...... so i give you as many ideas as i can

Try your favorite hero or heroine from a favorite anime in your top three.

For Vocaloid, maybe you can dress up as the Daughter of Evil (Rillianne Lucifen d'Autriche) and get someone to go with you and be the Servant of Evil (Allen).
For Ouran, try thinking of some of those creative cosplays the Hosts did. You can dress as one of the characters in those. Although, I would suggest trying to base your cosplay on your height.
Otherwise, I have a pretty good idea. Get two friends. If you're into Hetalia, you guys can dress up as the Bad Touch Trio and hang around being idiots all day!~
