For me, its kujo kazuya from gosick. I dont get why everybody hates him so much! :( he is awesome!

I know someone who hates him... It cracks me up, because I barely even acknowledge Tousen as an important character of Bleach. Personally I found him tedious and annoying - always harping on about justice and blah blah... XD
