Worst cover art trap?

What I mean is, an anime with cheery cover art, and then the anime turns out to be depressing and grimdark.

My answer is always obvious.

the ending was so rushed though,... i thought i was not very well done, sinceshe died and came back to life like all within one or 2 episodes and it all happened really fast..
