YES, It's ecchi! Heck, It's gone beyond echhi and is nearing hentai! The main character SUCKS BRESTS to use his powers, for heaven's sake! That said, it was a great anime and I highly reccomend it to anyone whose perents aren't watching over their shoulder ;)

Maybe Fairy Tail too. There are a lot of naked shots, but of course steam and shit happen to just barely cover certain areas.

But seriously, don't NOT watch them. (Bar Nozoki Ana; that's nearing hentei) They're reeaaally good anime. The ecchi-ness is not even the main focus. It's basically comic relief. :)

I would say that it's boderline ecchi due to fanservice which according to me in the manga really brings down the story although most of those scenes are well drawn.

Guess no one has checked out 'B-Gata Ecchi Kei' and 'Futari Ecchi'....They are valid anime and not hentai unlike 'Aki Sora' and my god are they explicit...not just the nudity but also the conversational undertones...They are truly ecchi !!
