Is "The Boondocks" considered an anime?

Well, they drawing style looks like anime, and Adult Swim shows it on the night they show Full Metal Alchemist and Bleach, so is it an anime?

^Only by fans. It's not an anime and it annoys me when people think it is. it's a cartoon not an anime! animefans should obviously know the difference.
