If Naruto is to become live action, who should play their part and why?

I'd rather it to stay a anime.

Asuma Sarutobi = Dante Basco

Because they look somewhat similar. They are close to the same age as well. And Dante has experience with anime (Avatar the Last Airbender as Zuko). He seems like a good fit! What do you think?
