Anime Question

Did you use to have an anime you hate but is now on your 'Favourite Anime List'?

I don't, I tend to like every anime I watch and when I don't like them, I hate them, simple as that. But my little sister is different. She hated Fullmetal Alchemist like crazy before she watched it and when I finally convinced her to watch it, she got so hooked on it I can't go a single day without her mentioning some sort of compliments about it. She bought all the manga books avaliable and got a lot of FMA merchandise at the last AFA(Anime Festival Asia) convention. Same thing happened with Naruto for her, but luckily for me, she's not as crazy about ninja's. So, I'm asking if anyone went through the same thing as her. Or you could tell me about someone else you know. So long as it happened to someone. I'm curios and I talk to much...

Believe it or not, but I used to hate Naruto. I thought it looked stupid, and to me the whole concept of kid ninja's was a bit weird. But I was just judging it without even watching it. But then I was forced to watch it by a friend, now I've been completely hooked ever since. It honestly is an amazing anime if you actually give it a chance :) Hahaha and now Naruto's not only on my 'Favourite Anime List', it is number 1 on that list xD

I never used to hate any of the anime on my list. But, I almost didn't give Ouran Highschool Host Club a try. I wasn't fond of the series at first. But I put the series away for a while and went back to it months later, I never regretted it. OHHC is now one of my favorite anime series.

Ohyeah, i used to fucking hate Hetalia because my friends was like crazy with it, but when i gived it a try i really got hooked with that anime.
And i used to hate Death Note too because everything everyone talked about was L all the time, but now that anime is really one of my favorites.

Yup, I used to hate Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, but now its my favorite anime. See, I used to hate it because my friend would always brag about how it was way better than Inuyasha. I grew up on inuyasha so when she said that I hated naruto. Well one day she went to my house and got me to watch it, no matter how much I didn't want to. So after watching the first episode, I was hooked. I couldn't get enough of it. I had instantly fell in love with the characters Sasuke and Naruto. Now its my favorite anime ^-^

I originally hated the idea of anime based on Marvel Comics series such as Iron Man and X-Men (not as much as Hetalia and Princess Tutu, but still...), mostly because I was too attached to the american TV shows. Over time, though, the idea kinda grew on me, and I finally decided to give the Iron Man and X-Men anime shows a try. They're actually pretty damn good. And I would like to say this. Anyone, I repeat, ANYONE who thinks the Marvel Anime should be watched in japanese with subtitles deserves a smack to the face.

I also did not enjoy The Wallflower because I'm more of a shoujo manga person and I did t really like the drawing but I ended up liking the story to it.
