What's this anime/manga? :)

it's a supernatural manga with a guy who can see spirits. he runs into a girl who can also see them and she makes him join her orginization. together they fight spirits and stuff and he gets a sword. if you need me to explain in more detail i will :3

more info: the girl belongs to a family line that holds this dragon type spirit inside them. the dragon is white,its name is shiro and she controls him with chains
