I'm so confuzed by this....

My sister bought me an anime plush toy and the warning said this:WARNING:-CHOKING HAZARD-small parts.Not for children under 15 years.I don't get that!I'm so confuzed....

The not for children under 15 years of age might be because of the anime itself. (I'm not positive what Bleach is rated)
