Anime Question

K-On! english dub?

I'm planning on watching K-On! and I'd like to ask. What company dubbed it in english, and is the dub worth watching?

Before anyone tells me to watch it in japanese with subtitles, I've already stated my reasons why I don't watch anime with subs, and I won't state them again.

No, no, No, NO, NOOOOO. Bandai did the dubs and I heard it and I thought it was terrible. Ritsu sounds weird and Mio's voice is somewhat matching and Yui sounds like she sucked in helium. None of them really match the voices are too mature for the characters and I guess some people enjoyed it but to me it was TERRIBLE.

I don't mean to be a jerk but I actually laughed at how out-of-character the voices were.... I don't know you might like it but a lot of people didn't.
