Full Metal Alchemist and Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood are one of the most original and best-loved anime series. Definitely worth watching.

Hetalia! It is educational, (in it's own creative way) hilarious, and entertaining! I love it and I think it's the most popular anime on fanpop cause it manages to make it's way into many clubs! XD

I for one enjoy history and violence and humor and classical music and demonic, sexual men serving little boys in fancy hats.
And the art makes me want to cry rivers of rainbows.

Higurashi When They Cry is my second favorite because I love the eerieness of it~

Naruto Shipeddan(Sorry for spelling) and Bleach.They both have lots of drama,has lots of action and super power in it,and they both also have a very important goal(s) for the main character.The main characters hold on to their goal(s) until they acomplish it.Bleach and Naruto Shippeden is also very funny.^_^

My shows aren't exactly the most popular or most liked but my three most favorites are (at the moment anyways) K-ON!, Ga-Rei: Zero, and Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne. But if I had to choose it would be Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne. It's an adult show with sadistic themes and weird sex (softcore not hardcore) but the plot and story is pretty cool if you understand it. Realistic action and events that could happen (somewhat).

P.S. Yeah I know the clip is dubbed but the show is both subbed and dubbed so.

Yu-Gi-Oh!(DM only)because i grew up with it,i love the characters and story and i love playing the card game!!!Yu-Gi-Oh! will always be my favourite anime no matter how many years pass<3 Second would be Naruto/Shippuden which i really love very much too<3

I'm gonna have to go with Hetalia.

Why?

Well, it's the one that's opened the most doors in the anime world up to me so far. A good majority of anime fans I know are Hetalia fans, and even though some of the fandom kinda freaks me out, there are so many dedicated "Hetalians" out there. It's really my only mainstream anime, unless Vampire Knight counts as mainstream...
And also, because it's genuinely hilarious and the satire is laughable. I can say it shoved my mind FURTHER into the gutter because now any mention of two countries will sound suggestive, but in a hysterical way.
And also because it's actually helped my history grades. I know more about geography than even my parents do. And I'm the only person I know who has ever heard of the country Andorra (it's a teensy country between Spain and France) and can name several micronations. And added on from the history said in the episodes, imagining the characters in my textbooks gives me a really good and memorable vision of what's happening.
(P.S.- Then again... Baka and Test won me points in history while we learned about the Taika reforms XD)
