for more categories... you could do best anime cast, most funny, most sad, and most scary anime. Just a few suggestions, the ones you already have are great :3

I also have couple suggestions for categories. I think you covered most things, but I think these should be added:

Best OST (A MUST HAVE. Yes, I am abusing the caps to prove just how imperative it is that you have this!)
Best English Voice Actor (I don't know whether you were planning on including them in the seiyuu category or not, but those English voice actors deserve their time to shine as well.)
Best Hair (Who wouldn't enjoy this? XD)
Most Badass Character (To create balance with the "cutest character" category. I'd love to see this!)
Best Shounen-ai or Shoujo-ai Anime (Okay, I get that a lot of people on here don't like them, but these genres of anime deserve credit as well.)
Best Perverted Character (Just because it would be funny. XD)
Best Thing-That-Isn't-Actually-Anime (You know, Vocaloid, Kingdom Hearts, etc...)
Best Parody Anime (:D)

That's all I've got now...I'll probably think of more later...oh well. XD
