Does anyone know where I can find this Anime?

It says something on the bottom but I can't read it, I'm looking to watch online or possibly purchase if possible. I have the book and would like so much to watch the anime to for it, so can anyone help me out?

lol, yeah but I was hoping for a quicker short cut, yes feelin that lazy..... XD or rather I should have asked if anyone knew of a safe web site, I have an aphobia about links and unknown web sights :(
