Does anyone know a TV channel that airs anime (with english dub or sub) ?

Oh yesh ^.^ If you have Verizon Fios, you get the FUNimation channel (262) which shows all FUNi dubbed anime. It's got Ouran, Soul Eater, Black Butler, Baka and Test, Hetalia... just to name a few that I myself watch :)

ive heard theres anime network on demand but you have to pay for it i think

well really late at night disney XD plays naruto and one day i was searching through the channels and i found howls moving castle on some random movie channel.

Funimation released their own channel but I think it's only offered to a specific network (and I'm so jealous to those that have it! >o<).
But I just watch adult swim (on Cartoon Network)on late Saturday nights. They show Bleach, Durarara, FLCL, ect. Every other night is usually Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in a Shell, FMAB, (used to show Kekkaishi, Wolf's Rain, InuYasha, and many other shows). Anyways, point is, if you want to watch some reruns, or see some new episodes, I suggest adult swim :D
