They're not a couple. Wendy's too young for Mystogan. I prefer her with Romeo (Macao's son) because they have the same age bracket.

yes they where going to be the kuroshitsuji couple but then the editers said kuroshitsuji would not sell as a yaoi so elizabeth was made to keep ciel adn sebastian a part but it seems like it's not working coz you can still see they love each other
