Do yo think that Anime's racist?

I kinda do. I know that some people say that there isn't that many balckpeople in Japan or that there isn't that many half-black and half japanese people and i think that it's bull***t really? i mean some stars of anime like sailor a girl who has blonde hair and blue eyes. now if you saw these types of fatures,that would most likey be on a person of english and european decent. I mean it is so unfair and I just think that anime should be any variety reguardless of race,because most of the settings aren't even in Japan!

No... I don't think so. I think that when there's a certain area that an anime takes place in, the manga-ka tries to fit the characteristics of the area.
For example, the anime Black Butler takes place in Victorian era England, so the people in that anime would probably all be of European descent.
And the anime Soul Eater takes place in Nevada, United States, so there are a variety of characteristics in that anime.
