Trust me, fangirlism is normal.
The fact that the character in question is from Ouran Host Club makes it all the more normal. No one can blame you, they're all HOT! With the exception of Honey, who is just extremely ADORABLE!
I have so many fangirlisms, Momiji from Furuba, Ciel from Kuroshitsuji, Kid from Soul Eater, Kaoru... and about 21 more that I even bother mentioning I fangirl over to people! No, make that 23.

Dont worry about it. Of course people will give you grief about loving something not even real, but everyone has their quirks. I used to think there was something seriously wrong with me too when I accidently called the guy a had a slight crush on, Hiei in the 7th grade.
It's just a regular case of addiction just like food, working, reading or smoking.

Nahh just leave it alone all the fan girls always fall in love with the anime characters like me lol,....
there are no medicine or something the best way is to quit watching it....but i bet you can't stop watching it so just leave it alone

No, it's not a disease. It's not weird to fall in love with a fictional character (it's happened to me more than once) but you have to be willing to accept that they're fictional and move on.
