Anyway, it's about a boy who gains the power to kill someone just by knowing their name and face, and he decides to make the world a better place by ridding it of all the criminals. He pretty much goes insane, though. ^^

It is one of the best anime I've seen, but I like Fullmetal Alchemist more than any other anime .
