Anime Question

I want to become a manga artist but I keep changing the stories how can I be well organized?

I came up with a story about a guy who moves in with his aunt and uncle. He has 2 problems: His aunt, uncle and cousin don't want him to be a cross dresser, and he likes a girl but she thinks he's a girl. But I was popping out another story and now I have my characters totally mixed up, even the story! i am never going to be a manga artist if I keep doing this...

I'm not gonna give a whole lecture here, but what I do to come up with a story, is have a notebook with me, wherever I go. Inspiration can pop up everywhere. When you think you got inspiration, write it in keywords in your notebook! :)

It seems you just need to organize yourself. Make lists of names/drawings with added detail like personality traits or stuff if needed. It is cumbersome, i know, but it will help.
