Is season 2 of Bleach out on anime yet???

People say it's out on manga, and some people say it's already out in anime, but still, I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! Bleach is my favourite anime and I need to watch season 2....!!!

yeah, i was about to watch it in Animax in original japanese dub until the cable guys replaced it with some kind of boring channel that no one even watches.now me and my otaku friend are very disappointed.man,i was so excited :(
