Elfen lied. The story is so touching and emotional. It shows a lot about feeling and how others feel when they are rejected by people. How orphans feel. How kids feel when their parents don't want them anymore, hate them! When you can't have the person you love. And all of this just because you're different. Of course it's a revenge full, blood spiling and horror anime. But show's a lot sadness and sorrow. Especially one girls life. Her whole life is a sorrow. It made me cry a lot...

Also Naruto made me shied some tears. It had a lot of sad moments. Very much that people who picks on you should make them understand. The pain they are put through is umbearable. This makes me cry and want to hep those victims... :(
Hetalia, the brilliant doushinji that people make for this anime are so heart-warming (especially UsUk!) and the one most serious ep... The Revolutionary War, and when HRE fell. But mainly all the parts of battle in Hetalia.
I'm not the type of guy who generally cries over everything but Cowboy Bebop and Full Moon o Sagashite made me cry.:'(
I cried over Cowboy Bebop because... spoilers!
Edward left the team. I thought I hated her but maybe I liked her to some extent.
Full Moon o Sagashite - Pretty much most of the series is sad. When the mother runs away to have a baby and her mother tells her that her body's too feeble and when Dr. Wakoji was talking to Mitsuki's parents.
Clannad/Clannad After Story,Full Metal Alchemist/FMA Brotherhood (especially when Lieutenant Colonel Hughes was assassinated T.T),Kekkaishi (When Gen was killed T.T)
I cry at everything, dude. So, basically every anime I ever watched. But it's actually Fruits Basket that made me cry the most. In episode 8 (Don't Cry, For The Snow Will Surely Melt), I was in tears. And every time I watch the last three episodes (Curse of the Cat, True Form, and Let's Go Home) I am on the ground crying. Especially in True Form after Akito talks to Tohru in the woods after she throws up and Shigure comes and talks to her... just thinking about it makes me tear up! And at the end when Hana started crying... *sniffle* I also cried during the episode "There Are No Memories It's OK To Forget". Since I cry every time I read the chapter about Momiji's past and having to let his mother forget about him, this episode, of course, makes me cry when I see it. I'm even going to dedicate my Halloween costume this year to that episode by cosplaying Momiji in the outfit he wore in the episode.

The first season of Bakugan! I swear, I felt like pieces of a teared paper when the Bakugan had to return home to their place called Vestroia and they all said goodbye! And the characters themselves cried too Dx
The only time tears have truly rolled down my cheeks was when... uhm... Tamaki plays the piano in Host Club? TwT But I'll be watching Elfin Lied and Clannad as soon as I can, so I have a lot more crying to do. OH JOY D8

Fullmetal alchemist, the story line is so touching, and there is always...the scene that I won't mention because it could be a spoiler for anyone who has not seen it.
I'm very sensitive sooo it doesn't take a lot to get me to tear up. I cried in Fruits Basket, a couple times. Especialy in the episode where you learn about Momiji's past... D:
Death Note mad me cry 2 or 3 times

I normally don't cry when it comes to animated shows in general (I'm a Transformers fan, and I didn't even flinch at the death of Optimus Prime), but there were some anime that was able to get me to shed a tear or two.
