Wolfwood and Milly (Trigun). They spend one night together and he goes off and dies the very next day. Milly cries and cries.

Definitely Gin and Rangiku from Bleach… I mean technically they weren't "together" but you can tell his death really shook her up so he definitely really meant something to her… and they really could have had something for each other… ugh. I cry so hard every time I see that part...
