My little sister wants to get into anime shes age 10...

Shes super girly and a silly girl I'm not sure what anime would be good for her...can you guys give me some lists?

i have a similar problem where i live there isn't any concept of anime and manga and i like it alot and my little sister wants 2 too and she said i'll read hana-kimi.Problem is shes only 7 and its a little too grown up for her

To all u guys that r saying cowboy bepbop is inappropret for me I barley watch cowboy bebop I only saw like 5 episodes and I thought it was really good but I don't watch all the time I watch bleach all the time (I'm a huge fan of bleach) and I watch those animes because I don't like drama anime or Girly anime I'm not really a big fan of that
