Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that anime or manga is only manga or anime IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of manga artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
You could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

no i don't think so but if you did you could use translate google.

you can make the english version then the japanese version but you cannot make an anime without the japanese version because anime is a japanese animation so is manga (and you dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn more languages that is good so if you would like to make an anime or manga translate it on google translate or any translation website)
