I forgot the name of this anime!?

The most I can remember:

The main character, male, I THINK had a bad right hand but still draws manga.
I think he meets a girl, and she cooks for him in his small messy apartment?

It's NOT School Rumble or Bleach. HELP??

If I saw the name of it, I'd remember.
