Of course, they explained it by saying it took place between 2 of the episodes. But a whole second season would be harder to explain away. Or they could have a new character, or let Jet and Faye carry the show. It'd be interesting to see how they handled it anyway.

Mostly, I'd love a second season of Skip Beat. They left it totally open for a second season although it has been years since a second season and already more than enough chapters for a second season. Ouran High School Host Club if they hadn't totally messed it up with the ending and deviated from the manga by 1000%. Lucky Star, too! I'd be so friggin' happy if they did that. Even if it the last episode wasn't anything like the manga, the plot of the story isn't so thick that they couldn't make a second season. If Kuroshitsuji II could be wiped out of existence and remade, that'd be nice too. Pandora Hearts, except that the ending was a total deviation from the manga and couldn't go back I think.
