Anime Question

Does anyone know the name of the Anime this comes from? If it does, that is!!

I have it saved on my computer as 'Aishiteru Cafe' because that is the name given to it when I saved it from a FB page.
But I don't know if it comes from an actually Anime or not so can you please help!!
