Could you help me find an anime?

I don´t remember all the details but its about three little girls (one of them is deaf) that dont go to school and instead help out in their town.

Then a boy hears about that they don´t have to go to school and wants to join them.

We later find out that they are saving money to do something big.

This is an anime short that was aired in a anime special here in Sweden.

I hope someone know the name.
