Kaichu wa Maid-Sama (I highly recommend that one)
It's really funny and stars a girl called Misaki who is the President of Seika High School, which was an all boy school until a few years back, but there are still more boys than girls. She's really strict, but kind at heart. However, one day, Usui Takumi finds out that she works part time as a maid and he has to keep her secret. Usui is also in love with Misaki but she doesn’t notice, thinking that he’s just playing with her. It’s REALLY funny.

Aishiteruze Baby
I'm actually watching this at the moment. It's about a player called Kippei, who finds out he has to take care of his five year old cousin, Yuzuyu, when her mum goes missing. He also gets help from a really reserved girl in his class and they fall in love. I'm not done with it yet, so sorry for the bad summary.

Okay, I've only watched the first episode (my computer took too long to download it and yeah, I watch it on the internet), but I roughly know what it's about (thanks also, to the internet). It's about a girl called Hikari who has NEVER been beaten by anyone before until she was 6 years old and met Kei. He beat her in pro-wrestling and from then on, she went to the same school as him, struggling to beat him in something (which she has still failed to do), totally oblivious to the fact that he's in love with her.

Try watching itazura na kiss. It's a story on how an average grade girl chases her dream guy who is a smart ass and how they end up falling in love. Its a comedy anime with lots of episodes and there are 99% no echii content so enjoy the show ;)

Have you tried reading V.B. Rose, Heaven!!, or Pink Innocent?

Saiunkoku Monogatari, though there isn't much comedy, it's mosty drama and romance. It's a reverse harem anime meaning and lots of guys liking over a girl who's the main character, but it's really good, in a regal ancient chinese-fantasy-like setting.

"Petite Princess Yucie" and "Princess Tutu" are two really cute, funny, shoujo romances. And lesser-known (in PPY's case, veeeery lesser-known).

I reccomend reading Rosario+Vampire because the anime isn't as good as the manga

I know that there are a lot of shoujo love kissu-kissu Senpai animes out there, and at some point I to was craving an anime that had all this good stuff. But luckily, I stumbled upon these lovely titles with some recommendations from the lovely people on the internet and I think you'll really like them I you're looking for the shoujo love type stuff...

The first show I have for you is called, "The World God Only Knows," a story about a second year student in high school named Keima Katsuragi who is a bit of a social outcast and obsesses over love sim games. One day while he was playing one of his love sim games on his beloved "PFP" a demon named Elsie (chick with skull in her hair and long pink scarf in the picture) makes a deal with him to help her catch these spirits that escaped hell called 'loose souls' trapped in the bodies of high school girls. But the only way to free the loose soul from someone's body is to fill their heart with something oh her than the loose soul were it goes once inside the body, and Elsie thinks that the best way to do so is love. So to do that, Keima has to get these girls with the loose souls in their hearts to fall in love with him, were he then kisses them and thus frees the loose soul leaving it for Elsie to capture. I know this is kind of a long suggestion, so I'm just gonna end it here and give you a list of other shoujo kissu-kissu animes:
-"Say I love you" (a really nice & short anime)
-"Kamisama Hajimemashita" (another really nice & short anime) or "Kamisama Kiss" if you want it in English
-"Tonari No Kaibutsu-Kun" (on netflix and really similar to "Say I Love You" if you end up getting into that..)

Try Akatsuki no Yona, it's from 2014. The music and characters are pretty awesome. It has good action and the focus isn't really mainly shoujo, but it's there. There's a bit of comedy in it and well its pretty good.

you can watch ao haru ride , it's perfection , the anime has an open end but the manga has the right end and there will be a second season *i hope soon* but after all the manga and anime is perfect also kimi ni todoke is very good and it has two seasons

I personally suggest Inuyasha, it's my absolute favourite but if you've already seen that then try Kaichou wa Maid-sama, it doesn't have any action in it but there are strong characters and again this one is also a personal favourite just try it out maybe you'll love it or you might as well already seen it.

A teenage boy has a necklace he had when his young crush (like really young) gave him long ago! But a female student arrives, changing his feelings slowly. The female student and the Teenage Boy somehow are in a phony romantic relationship. He slowly starts to fall for her.

- My Little Monster (Sub & Dub)
Shizuki, a cold-hearted teenage girl, is asked to ask a long absent student (who is Yodisha) to come back to school. Yodisha and Shizuki become friends quickly. Why he doesn't come to school you ask? He beats up everyone (not everyone). He confesses his feelings to her (when they just met two days ago!!!) when she stood up for him.

- Kamisama Kiss (Sub & Dub - Season Two)
Nanami, a teenage girl,'s father went away to work, now she is all alone. She meets a land lord, and she claims his role with a single kiss on the forehead. She now goes to the shrine meeting three spirits, a fox, and two children with masks.

I'VE SEEN SOOOO MANH SHOUJOS THAT I CANT EVEN COUNT AND BOKURA GA ITA IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I STILL THINK ABOUT TILL THIS DAY. IF YOU LIKE DRAMA ROMANCE AND AN ANIME THAT MAKES YOU STAY UP TILL LIKE 6am CAUSE YOU FEEL THE NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS THIS ONE IS THE ONE.

Maybe you have already watched this but i recommend Kaichou Wa Maid Sama. It has comedy, romance, its a shojo. And the main character knows a martial art so i think it counts as action? There is like 23 anime episodes and a lot more manga but it was discontinued. The anime ending is pretty good thought. C;

You can try Nisekoi. It's a harem, but it has two seasons so far and will be getting a third one later this year.

I really liked YumeiroPatissiere.It's about a hardworking girl named Ichigo Amano,and she wants to become a patissiere,in order to make people happy.It's really cute.

I also suggest Kiss Him,Not Me.It's about a yaoi shipping girl that was really fat but then her anime crush dies and she doesn't eat or come out of her room for a week.Because of this,she suddenly becomes beautiful and then gets into a harem.

Bonjour Sweet Love Patissiere is great too..It's a bit like Yumeiro Patissiere,but this is a bit different.I suggest you watch it fully in youtube instead of watching it by epsode,each episode just has 5minutes,so you should watch it fully compiled.
