Sailor Moon..? I'm sorry, If I could help you, I really would, but I don't think I know somewhere to read that manga. I'll look for it and if I find It I'll inform you, all right? ^__^

I'm crying with ya! I haven't been able to read much manga lately, because 1. 2 of my favorite manga apps were run by One Manga and 2. It's so expensive to buy. (and this is from a girl who barley gets an allowance) Anyway, I'm sure Manga Fox has Sailor Moon online. Or if you just type in "Sailor Moon Ch. (what ever chapter you're on)" on Google. That usually helps!

Easy Answer! If you go to Google.com, you can type in what your looking for! "Manga Store" And possibly find something :D. But, an easier suggestion who'd be to.... I don't know, look Japanese Book stores? Or anime stores? Hmmm, but I bet in SOME area there's books for a small purchase. You have to keep looking!
