This really isn't a high school thing, but I reacomend Tsubasa Chronicles, it's a pretty long manga 28 volumes. It has its fair share of drama, adventure, some romance overall a great manga.

There's Vampire Knight, it's on-going right now if you don't mind a wait.

xxxHolic is sorta of a crossover with Tsubasa Chronicles and it's revolves around a high school guy who sees spirits. It's really good and also ongoing, I think it's on volume 17 at the moment.

Ouran High School Host Club is another good manga, very funny and it has its romantic love triangle. I don't know if it counts as complexed, but it's about a girl attending a prestigious rich school. It's still ongoing with 17 volumes out.

Peach Girl is a typical high school, drama/comedy/romance story with 18 volumes. I recomend that too.

Special A is about a girl who's always trying to beat this guy at anything after she lost to him in a wrestling match. It's really good and I think it has 18 volumes out.

If you need any more recomendations, don't hesitate to ask :) Hope you can find another manga to enjoy!

I would recommend Fushigi Yugi. It's fairly long, and they're re-releasing it in omnibus form. It's a fantasy, reverse harem epic, and to me belongs in the same genre as Fruits Basket. Be careful to get the original Fushigi Yugi, as it has a sequel Fushigi Yugi: Genbu Kaiden, which is only released sporadically.
