No, these are only fan clubs created by fans. We share photos, videos, links, opinion, etc. but there aren't any celebrities here. For example, this fan club (Andrew Lincoln) was created by a fanpop user for us all to be able to talk about him on this website, but he's not on this website.
If you want to contact him, you'll probably find him on twitter or/and facebook. You can also write him a letter and send it to his fan mail (google it)!
