I've watched a lot of videos on Youtube, been to countless ghost websites, and seen tons of pictures all across the net. My question is, whats real and whats fake? Does anyone have any legit videos of any paranormal activity? (lol movie pun) There are

sometimes people take pictures,and they wear black clothing,and they stay in the frame for 3 seconds,and then they run out of it,leaving a transparent blur of that person.
