I stopped paying attention. Jasper told the story to Sam and Paul. But Paul never broke eye contact with me. He just kept staring. I knew I mad him mad but I don’t think he was mad enough to stop listening to Jasper and focus more on me. This was important and he wasn’t even paying attention! Oh! I didn’t even realize Jasper started crossing the treaty line. Paul didn’t stop watching me but I didn’t care. I have more important things to focus on. “Sam?” “Yes Alice?” He really seemed nice and concerned for us. “I was hoping you could give this to our Family. They will come looking for us later.
