Alexander Rybak Question

Where is the best place to hang out if I want to meet him and ask for a picture..? Aker Brygge? Nesodden? Or is there someplace else he likes to hang or is quite often?

There is a concert in Arendal, 3 1/5 hours from Oslo, the 20th of August. :-)
