I'm new to Adventure Time, I've seen the first few episodes but I want to watch it as it airs. I understand it has continuity. Can someone sum up what happened until now (5x32)?

Adventure time with Finn and Jake...,Finn fell in love with PB...,adventure..., PB rejected him (not that she didnt love him but for other reasons),...adventure...,Finn loved FP, soonly, they became a couple,...adventure..., FP broke up with him. Thats all. XD

well Finn and Jake have beat the lich twice, PB is actually 300+ years old, the Ice kingdom has been temporarily destroyed, Turns out Ice King is actually Simon and him and Young marceline survived the apocalypse together, he's ice king now and has lost his primary sanity thanks to the crown, finn and FP got together and basically defied nature... ;3 then he got dreams from the cosmic owl that lead to him starting a fight between FP and Ice King... he then had to settle it by saying it was him... they then broke up... then in the next episode he realized that PB is a... *ahem* not compatible person... then FP learned a bunch of shit and decided that she wanted all honesty around her... so her and Cinnamon Buns overthrow the Flame King, she's now the leader of the Fire Kingdom...

I have no idea to be honest, I'll probably only watch it again for reruns and if there's a new addition to the Simon and Marcy arc.
