I don't think she's ugly, I just think she's nothing really special! What the hell's the big deal about her, seriously?!? To me she just looks like what almost every other generic "hottie" tries to be...*shrug* I can think of scores of other actresses I find prettier/more beautiful than her. Most of them are a lot older, in fact.
