1960's Music Question

Hello everyone! If you are a true Beatle fan or are a true John Lennon fan, READ THIS NOW!

I have this great idea! You know how the Beatles all wanted peace and love for everyone? You know how John Lennon died for peace and put all of his efforts into spreading the word? Well, if you care about peace and love, do something about it! There are alot of people on fanpop and if we all atleast just spread the idea of peace and love, then its possible. I have been writing peace signs in textbooks, on desks, etc. Please join the revolution! Give peace a chance!

He didn't die for peace; he was killed.

True. But he worked hard to try and achieve that goal of peace.

I dont really see abandoning your son and wife to fend for themselves while you parade around your mistress as being an example of "working hard to try and achieve the goal of peace". Let's not forget that Paul McCartney wrote the song "Hey Jude" about Lennon's son so I think "peace" applies more to McCartney than Lennon.
